Almost better than a Westside location. Simply because it is situated on a hill in a quiet Cul-de-sac with just a few houses; it stays cool all year round. Only one street up, away from Mulholland and all major freeways to take you in any direction. The inside offers all that is different to find in a rental. Floor plan is easy to fall in love with. Entertaining areas connect with one another, and there are many oversized windows and French doors. The bathrooms were recently redone. You have to see it to believe it. Both have double sinks and one of them is a Jack and Jill bath. The pool is not only beautiful but the size and shape are made to swim laps if you like to get a workout. Backyard is designed to entertain in style. There is even an outdoor wet bar plus much more. Please be advised the backyard is completely fenced but the pool is not.
