Nicole was a godsend. I'd been looking on and off for the last few years and worked with a handful of realtors, none of them held a candle to Nicole. Her expertise and local knowledge was incredibly helpful throughout each phase of the process. Nicole really listened to my wants and needs and always provided options based off my wants/ When identifying areas and neighborhoods, she was able to steer me toward cities/towns that not only fit my budget, but my personality. When submitting offers, especially my first, she was diligent with the paper work but patiently walked me through my questions. She sat on the phone with me for an hour+ at 10pm (because of my busy schedule) making sure I fully understood each page and answered all of my questions. Nicole was calm and motherly, never making me feel stupid for asking certain questions and truly wanted to make sure I understood and was comfortable signing. Her experience and knowledge paid dividends when I had offers accepted or countered while we navigated the negotiations. Nicole had incredibly assessments of property conditions and what was realistic in terms of what to expect. Nicole was incredibly proactive and on the ball. She identified houses for me on a weekly basis and was available to walk through when it worked for me. She followed up with me with updates and information throughout the entire process, never making me feel like I was on my own. In todays age with so much information available on the internet, she was a trusted source I could rely on and never questioned. I am so lucky to have been put in contact with Nicole and will be going back to her for any future sales/purchases!
